Taking a proactive approach to food production, we implemented a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system. This has enabled our customers the luxury of knowing that we are controlling any situation that may be associated with PRODUCT SAFETY, WHOLESOMENESS and ECONOMIC ISSUES.
Our facility and operations are audited once a year from an outside auditor. SILLIKER is the leading international network of accredited food testing and consulting laboratories, and our customers are free to ask for a copy of our most recent audit. |
