California Specialty Farms was founded to save the chef valuable time in a lot of different ways. Since our inception we have been establishing out reputation as a resource the chef can count on as a value added supplier of fresh herbs, baby vegetables and fruit specialties, as well as hand peeled and hand turned vegetables.
